About the role:

We are searching for a dynamic professional who will be responsible for identifying and implementing strategies aimed at optimizing our internal processes, engaging our technologists, and fostering continuous performance improvement.

This role is pivotal to uncovering risks, and opportunities while our Technologists are under direct contract with Strategio, but working directly for Client's operations.

Your responsibilities will be aimed at fostering engagement and ensuring alignment between our Technologists, clients, and internal teams.



About you:


You are a proactive, strategic, and analytical high-performer with exceptional relationship-building and communication skills. You have experience identifying risks, opportunities, and performance enhancement areas within engineering teams working for external clients.

Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of experience as an HRBP or Engagement Specialist in IT consulting, IT services, or software development companies. Working in bridging communication between engineers and internal teams to enhance performance, understand their needs, and organize events that foster community and engagement.

Your Key Skills:

  • Demonstrated success in implementing strategies with cross-functional teams to enhance engineering team performance, focusing on achieving success and fostering retention.
  • Proven experience as the primary point of contact for engineering teams facilitating effective communication.
  • Event coordination experience for both in-person and virtual engagement
