Strategio Simulator

8 weeks technology training led by industry experts. Our goal is to ensure that you are optimally prepared for your first day working with Strategio's customers.

Paid Relocation

Strategio's customers are based all over the US and Canada. If you need to relocate to work in a location that isn't commutable from your home address, we'll give you another $5000 as a moving bonus.

Strategio Community

Instant access to a diverse pool of like-minded technologists. We host and participate in events including hackathons, meetup groups, technology articles, podcasts, happy hours, sports events, wellness activities, yoga, book clubs and painting.

Strategio Scholarship

We pay you $5000 to train. Technology talent should come from all backgrounds, regardless of their financial situation. You might come from a single-parent home, a low-income community or simply have a cloud of student debt waiting for you after university. By investing in you, we believe we are investing in the future of technology.

No Clawback Fees

Yes, we pay you to train and don't force you to pay us back. We hope you don't leave, but if you do it means that we're not doing a good enough job of engaging and retaining our employees.

Strategio Selection Process

We will be looking for:

  • Good knowledge of Computer Science Fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures, programming languages, operating systems and problem solving

  • STEM Degree, bootcamp graduate or self-taught coding

  • Must have the right to work for any US (or Canadian, respectively) employer without visa sponsorship.
