About the role:

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to play a pivotal role in supporting our CEO. This position demands agility and the ability to thrive in an environment characterized by rapid change and ambiguity. You will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and performing a variety of administrative tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our CEO can focus on strategic initiatives and company growth.

People don't hesitate to contact you if they need support on trip planning, restaurant reservations, hotel bookings, and event coordination. You have a sixth sense of anticipating needs, sniffing them out before they even arise.

You're a natural communicator that is recognized by building strong relationships across all levels of the organization and, you're a team player who thrives in a collaborative and adaptable startup culture, where your contributions are highly valued.

Ideal candidates should have experience as an Executive Assistant to a CEO, adept at managing busy schedules across multiple time zones, particularly those in the Americas (Colombia, USA, and Canada).

Your Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in English language
  • Proficiency with productivity tools such as Google Suite, Google Workspace, and travel booking platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience working with different time zones.
