About the role:

We are searching for a Business Development Representative to join our Enterprise Strategy & Business Development Team. This role focuses on generating and qualifying leads, by booking introductory calls and presentation opportunities for the Business Development Team.

You will work closely with our CEO & Founder, Conor Delanbanque, and will join him on the introductory calls to open and drive forward new enterprise client opportunities to expand our mission. The role involves speaking with clients from the Fortune 500, predominantly at the executive and senior leadership level.

You’ll be building relationships and having conversations with top performers at some of the most

important companies in the world.

Ideal candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in a BDR (Business Development

Representative) or SDR (Sales Development Representative) role. Other suitable candidates might have

prior experience in sales with a recruitment agency or a IT consulting / IT professional services

company.

Your Key Skills:

  • Experience and knowledge about IT Services or IT solutions.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding goals and performance targets.
  • Proven ability to engage and build relationships with decision-makers in Fortune 500 companies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools, as well as excellent proficiency in using LinkedIn, email, and other social media platforms for outreach.
  • This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 per year, according to experience and qualifications.
