Our 8-week Enterprise Simulator training program, led by industry experts, equips you for success in your first technology consulting role. Training is supported by a world-class team. Following the Enterprise Simulator, you’ll become a Strategio Technologist representing our brand as a consultant deployed to one of our Fortune 500 clients. We’ll be assessing your ability to solve problems using logic, resourcefulness and troubleshooting. You might not tick every box on day 1, but if you’re ambitious, this is your path to success.

You are an excellent communicator, known for your diligence and organizational skills. You thrive collaborating with diverse teams and working towards hitting objectives on time. You care about the details and always plan ahead. You’re excited about learning agile methodologies, project delivery, and data visualization.
As a Strategio Technologist:
Once you have successfully completed our Enterprise Simulator training program, you'll continue as an ambassador to our mission as an Entry-level Project Manager to:
- Assist in identifying project status, issues, or risk, and finding collaborative solutions to release deployment.
- Communicate project updates effectively to ensure all stakeholders such as business teams, software engineers, testers, and vendors are informed of project developments.
- Gather project requirements to facilitate a smooth transition from initial planning to final implementation using agile tools.
- Structure project activities and keep track of tasks and deadlines, tracking deliverables for the workstream using JIRA.
- Ability to present quantitative and technical data to drive decisions ensuring the project meets the required standards, using tools such as Excel and PowerBI to create dashboards and data visualization
