For the protection of Strategio and our core business - by submitting your information in this form, you hereby agree and understand the following terms and conditions.

Strategio provides Talent Creation as a Service, whereby we source, invest and train early career technology talent, and deliver this talent to enterprise organizations. Any employer who wishes to engage with Strategio Technologists for the purpose of hiring and recruiting, must sign a Strategio Master Service Agreement (MSA) which can be made available on request.

Attempting to direct-hire Strategio Technologists after completing this form and without an MSA, places financial strain on our business and will result in a Placement Fee equal to the sum of 30% of the Technologists' first year annual salary. In addition to the Placement Fee, you also agree to reimburse Strategio for the full cost of the Technologists' 8-week Simulator training, equal to $12,000 per Technologist. 100% of the aforementioned fees will be due thirty (30) calendar days from the start date in which you begin employing the Strategio Technologist. Late payment will result in additional interest bearing fees equal to 5% per month until all payments are received.

You have no obligation to hire any Strategio Technologists or to sign an MSA with our company. These terms and conditions are hereby intended to protect Strategio's investment in sourcing and training Strategio Technologists. These terms and conditions will be governed and construed solely in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of Florida, USA, without giving effect to any choice of law that would result in application of the laws of any other jurisdiction. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for actions related to the subject matter hereof shall be the state and federal courts located in Miami-Date County, Florida, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
