At Strategio, we are looking for an experienced Salesforce Integration Architect to lead the design and architecture of complex integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications, with a strong focus on the energy and utilities industry.
You will play a critical role in defining scalable, secure, and reliable integration solutions, translating business requirements into robust technical architectures, and ensuring seamless connectivity across enterprise systems.
The ideal candidate brings deep Salesforce integration architecture expertise, strong hands-on technical knowledge, and preferably experience with Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud. We also welcome experienced Salesforce architects with backgrounds in Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud who can demonstrate transferable enterprise integration expertise.
About You
- You are an experienced Salesforce Integration Architect with a proven track record of designing and delivering complex enterprise integration solutions.
- You have strong knowledge of Salesforce integration capabilities, including REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architectures, asynchronous processing, and enterprise integration patterns.
- You have hands-on experience with Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud, or strong integration architecture experience across other Salesforce environments, such as Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud.
- You understand how to design end-to-end integrations between Salesforce and multiple enterprise applications, managing complex data flows, dependencies, error handling, and system reliability.
- You are comfortable translating business and technical requirements into detailed integration designs, interface specifications, and architectural documentation.
- You can evaluate architectural trade-offs, identify technical risks, and recommend scalable solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
- You are an effective communicator who can engage technical teams, business stakeholders, and delivery partners to drive architectural decisions and successful implementation.
As a Strategio Salesforce Integration Architect, You Will:
- Design and define scalable, secure, and reliable integration architectures connecting Salesforce platforms with enterprise applications and systems.
- Lead the technical design of complex Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware technologies, and established enterprise integration patterns.
- Translate business and technical requirements into detailed interface designs, integration specifications, data flows, and architectural documentation.
- Architect integrations involving REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven communication, asynchronous processing, and complex system dependencies.
- Define integration approaches for data transformation, error handling, monitoring, and system interoperability.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and delivery partners to ensure integrations meet enterprise performance, security, and reliability standards.
- Provide architectural guidance throughout the integration lifecycle, identifying technical dependencies, resolving design challenges, and supporting successful delivery.
- Evaluate existing integration architectures and recommend improvements to scalability, maintainability, and operational efficiency.

Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform or comparable enterprise integration and API management technologies.
- Knowledge of utility industry processes, systems, and data integration requirements.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with utility platforms, Customer Information Systems (CIS), billing systems, or other operational applications.
- Salesforce certifications such as Integration Architecture Designer, Application Architect, or System Architect.
- Experience supporting large-scale Salesforce transformation programs within complex enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with integration architecture challenges specific to the energy and utilities sector.
