We’re seeking an experienced QA & Test Automation Engineer to join a large-scale insurance transformation initiative. You will work closely with testing leadership, developers, and project stakeholders to build and execute automated testing strategies while contributing to manual testing efforts where needed. As a Strategio Senior Data Engineer, you will:

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium within established testing frameworks to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise applications.
• Perform manual and automated testing activities across multiple phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Design test cases, test scenarios, and validation strategies to ensure application quality and reliability.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing activities.
• Document test results, identify defects, and support defect resolution efforts.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project teams to validate business and technical requirements.
• Support test environment validation and testing readiness activities.
• Contribute to expanding automation coverage while maintaining business-critical manual testing processes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and quality assurance planning activities.
• Support enterprise modernization and transformation initiatives through effective testing practices.

Core Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance within enterprise technology environments.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience developing and executing automated test scripts using Selenium.
• Experience designing and executing automated and manual test cases.
• Knowledge of test planning, test execution, defect management, and quality assurance methodologies.
