You will play a key role in designing and scaling automation solutions that directly impact how large organizations operate; streamlining workflows, reducing manual effort, and enabling faster, more reliable decision-making.

This role sits at the intersection of low-code innovation and enterprise systems, where you will build production-grade solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform while integrating with APIs, data platforms, and cloud environments.

You bring hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Apps, and you’re comfortable designing solutions that go beyond simple use cases into scalable, enterprise-ready systems.

As a Strategio Power Automate Developer you will:

• Design, develop, and optimize end-to-end automation workflows using Power Automate
• Build and integrate Power Apps solutions to support business processes and user interactions
• Connect systems through REST APIs, custom connectors, and enterprise data sources
• Work with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and optimize data interactions within workflows
• Implement robust error handling, monitoring, and performance optimization for production environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data, business) to translate requirements into scalable automation solutions
• Identify opportunities to automate, optimize, and modernize business processes at scale
• Contribute to best practices across Power Platform and low-code architecture

Core Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Power Automate (Cloud Flows)
• Strong experience with Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven Apps)
• Solid understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem (Dataverse, connectors, environments)
• Experience integrating with REST APIs (HTTP actions, custom connectors)
• Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar)
• Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities in automation workflows
• Understanding of low-code vs custom engineering trade-offs
• Bilingual (French & English)
• Based in Montreal and comfortable with a hybrid setup

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, API Management, DevOps)
• Exposure to Java / Spring Boot microservices environments
• Familiarity with messaging systems (Kafka, MQ, MFT)
• Experience in financial services or regulated enterprise environments
• Knowledge of Power Platform ALM and deployment best practices
