We’re looking for a detail-oriented Junior BI Dashboard Developer to join a high-impact data transformation initiative within a leading financial services environment. You’ll play a key role in modernizing dashboard ecosystems by refactoring existing assets and building new, scalable visualizations powered by a next-generation data platform. As a Strategio Junior BI Dashboard Developer you will:


  • Refactor and rebuild existing dashboards to align with updated data models and platform architecture
  • Develop new dashboards using Tableau and MicroStrategy across structured and unstructured data sources
  • Design intuitive, user-centric visualizations that support business decision-making
  • Validate and reconcile dashboard data against source systems to ensure accuracy
  • Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to source, transform, and integrate data



Core Skills


  • Hands-on experience with Tableau (dashboard design, calculated fields, parameters, LOD expressions, data blending)
  • Hands-on experience with MicroStrategy (report development, schema objects, metrics, attributes, intelligent cubes)
  • Experience working with structured and unstructured data sources
  • Understanding of data modeling concepts and their impact on performance and usability
  • Ability to work onsite in McLean, VA five days per week



Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience integrating dashboards with modern data platforms (e.g., cloud data lakes or warehouses)
  • Exposure to data transformation or migration initiatives
  • Familiarity with financial services data or analytical use cases
