The Opportunity:
The role you are applying for is entry-level. To support your growth, you’ll be invited into our 8-week Enterprise Simulator training program, led by industry experts, where you’ll upskill on specific tools and technologies relevant to this Entry-level Software Tester role. During training, you’ll be remunerated with a Strategio Scholarship to cover your expenses and remove any financial barriers to entry. Upon successful completion of training, you’ll secure your first technology consulting role as a Strategio Technologist.
About You:
You are detail-oriented at identifying and resolving software defects and inconsistencies. A collaborative team player, you engage well with various teams and apply critical thinking to spot edge cases and potential risks. You quickly learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies, adapting to evolving project requirements in a fast-paced environment.
As a Strategio Technologist:
Once you have successfully completed our Enterprise Simulator training program, you'll continue as an ambassador to our mission as an Entry-level Software Tester to:
- Develop scripts using languages like Python, Java, JavaScript, .Net, and Cucumber or having the knowledge and/or testing methodologies of any other language, to simulate various management activities and network scenarios on the platform.
- Design and execute test plans to validate functional aspects of the product.
- Investigate the product defects encountered during test scenarios, to avoid issues in the final product.
- Execute tests and maintenance of regression and performance test beds, including publishing results and developing additional functionality.
