Strategio is hiring a DevOps Engineer for a high-impact opportunity with a financial institution. This role blends cloud infrastructure fluency, platform engineering, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will play a central role in optimizing infrastructure, improving deployment pipelines, and building tools that elevate developer productivity. From Terraform to Kubernetes, your expertise will be used to create scalable systems that empower developers and accelerate secure software delivery.

As a Strategio DevOps Engineer, you will:
- Designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD platform infrastructure, best practices, pipelines, and more. Automating build, test, and deployment processes.
- Manage code repos and workflows. Resolving merge conflicts and managing branching strategies.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management. Ensuring consistency across environments.
- Build and manage containerized applications. Orchestrating containers in production environments.
- Automate tasks with Python, Groovy, Go, Rust, or JavaScript
- Deploy and manage platforms/applications in cloud environments. Optimizing cloud resources for cost and performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance developer experience and productivity
Core Skills
- Proven experience and CICD Proficiency (Jenkins, Gitlab, Github Actions)
- Proven experience managing Source control experience (Bitbucket, Gitlab, Git)
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Cloud Formation)
- Experience building and managing containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm)
- Scripting and Automation experience with different languages (Python, Groovy, Go, Rust, Javascript)
- Proven experience deploying and managing platforms/applications in cloud environments. (AWS Lambda, AWS Fargate)
Nice-to-Haves:
- AI Agent Development & Model Context Protocol (MCP) experience
- Platform engineering using developer portals (e.g., Backstage)
- Atlassian Cloud tools and Slack/Microsoft Teams integration
- DevSecOps practices and security tooling (Snyk, SonarQube, Checkmarx)
- API development and systems integration (REST/GraphQL)
- Developer enablement: runbooks, internal training, tooling documentation
- Observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK, CloudWatch)
- Productivity optimization using DORA metrics, cycle time analysis
- Performance testing (JMeter, Gatling, k6) and load optimization
