About the Role:
We are searching for an Account Manager to join our Client Success Team in Bogotá, and to work closely with our CEO. This role involves engaging with our Fortune 500 clients, predominantly at the executive and senior leadership level, driving strategic workforce planning leading to growth opportunities within existing accounts.
This position requires a resilient and strategic thinker, with exceptional organizational skills, the ability to anticipate client needs and a talent for identifying growth opportunities while managing multiple cohort deployments in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 to 4 years of experience as an Account Manager, Business Development Representative, or Client Success Specialist in companies within the Staffing & Recruitment, IT Services, IT Consulting, or Information Technology & Services industries.
- Proven experience in successfully building and nurturing relationships with C-level clients.
- Experience in providing customized IT workforce solutions, driving enterprise transformation, and positioning services as strategic solutions.
- Excellent communication skills that drive the clear and persuasive delivery of complex ideas, strengthen relationships and facilitate meaningful connections with others.
- Proficiency in English, with at least a B2 level of fluency.
You’ll be in charge of:
- Build trusted relationships with C-level executives from Fortune 500 companies, engaging in constant check-ins to identify opportunities, open roles, and place new consultants, driving sustained account growth and success.
- Deliver strategic IT transformation and workforce development solutions to reinforce client relationships and the value of our services.
- Oversee multiple tech talent cohort deployments, ensuring seamless execution and internal alignment to exceed client expectations.
- Address client challenges, improve processes, and enhance satisfaction to strengthen Strategio's reputation.
- Constantly maintain and update CRM systems, track key metrics, and report progress to management.
