As a Strategio Junior Full-Stack Software Engineer you will:

• Develop and maintain full stack applications supporting regulatory workflows, analytics, and reporting initiatives
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Java/Spring Boot and Python/FastAPI
• Develop responsive and accessible frontend applications using Angular and TypeScript
• Collaborate with data engineers, security teams, and business analysts to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Support CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and Jenkins
• Implement automated testing across unit, integration, and end-to-end testing layers
• Work with containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
• Apply secure development principles and maintain strong information security hygiene
• Responsibly leverage AI-assisted development tools while ensuring code quality and compliance standards

Core Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related STEM field
• 2–4 years of professional software engineering experience
• Proficiency with Java and/or Python
• Experience with Spring Boot and/or FastAPI
• Strong frontend development experience using Angular and TypeScript
• Familiarity with Git workflows and modern CI/CD practices
• Understanding of Docker and containerization concepts
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB
• Basic knowledge of AWS cloud environments
• Understanding of secure application development principles including OWASP Top 10 and least-privilege access

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience working within financial services or regulatory environments
• Familiarity with AWS managed services including Lambda, ECS, S3, and RDS
• Exposure to event-driven architectures using Kafka or AWS SQS/SNS
• Basic understanding of AI/ML integrations or LLM APIs
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Jasmine, JUnit, or PyTest
• Exposure to Agile software development methodologies
