The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Data Engineer who thrives in building scalable, high-performance data solutions in a cloud-first environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning data pipelines end-to-end, optimizing performance, and working with modern integration tools to drive business-critical workflows.

You’ll be joining a fast-paced, highly technical environment where data accuracy, reliability, and efficiency are essential. This is a hands-on role requiring deep expertise in cloud architecture, data integration, and workflow orchestration.

About You:

You’re someone who doesn’t just build pipelines; you think about how they scale, how they fail, and how they can be improved. You’re comfortable navigating complex data ecosystems and enjoy solving problems that sit at the intersection of cloud infrastructure and data engineering.

You take ownership, communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and bring a mindset of continuous improvement. You’re not afraid to challenge inefficiencies and bring better solutions to the table.

As a Strategio Senior Data Engineer you will:

  • Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines using Informatica IICS and SQL
  • Develop and optimize workflows for data integration across cloud and enterprise systems
  • Integrate AWS services (S3, Lambda, EC2, Glue, IAM, CloudWatch) into scalable data solutions
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance performance of data pipelines and workflows
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance across systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven initiatives
  • Contribute to architecture decisions related to data movement and cloud infrastructure

Core Skills

  • 5+ years of experience with Informatica IICS
  • Strong SQL expertise with experience in complex query optimization
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining data pipelines and workflows
  • 5+ years of experience with AWS (S3, Lambda, EC2, IAM, CloudWatch, Glue)
  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture and data movement
  • Experience integrating AWS, SQL, and IICS in production environments
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance in data systems

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working in mortgage or financial services environments
  • Familiarity with underwriting processes or loan data
  • Exposure to regulatory or compliance-driven data environments
  • Previous experience working on large-scale enterprise data platforms
