About You:

You’re a senior-level data engineering professional who knows how to turn complexity into clarity. You bring deep expertise in SQL and Python, and you’ve built scalable ETL pipelines that support analytics, reporting, and business-critical data operations in enterprise environments.

You’re comfortable working across large and complex datasets, and you understand how to design reliable data solutions that perform well under real-world demands. You’ve likely supported data warehousing initiatives, contributed to cloud migration projects, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, accessibility, and platform performance.

As a Strategio Senior Data Engineer, you will:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines supporting structured and unstructured data
• Develop robust and efficient data solutions using advanced SQL and Python
• Support cloud data migration initiatives, including data mapping, transformation, validation, and optimization
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams to improve data quality, accessibility, and performance
• Optimize data pipelines and workflows to ensure reliability, scalability, and efficiency
• Contribute to engineering best practices around data architecture, documentation, testing, and deployment

Core Skills

• Proven of experience working as a Data Engineer or in a similar data-focused engineering role
• Advanced expertise in SQL and Python, with the ability to work across complex datasets and workflows
• Hands-on experience designing and maintaining ETL pipelines in enterprise environments
• Experience working with data warehousing platforms and large-scale data processing systems
• Experience supporting analytics and reporting platforms through reliable data infrastructure
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data transformation, and pipeline optimization
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
