After an explosive start to 2026, Strategio is hiring multiple passionate and technically fluent Talent Strategists to support our recruitment operations in Bogotá.

As a Talent Strategist, you will be responsible for:


  • Owning end-to-end technical hiring processes across our expert-level global roles in the US, Canada, Costa Rica and Colombia.
  • Sourcing and screening candidates for high-demand roles like Software Engineers, Cloud Developers, and Technical Support.
  • Managing job postings, intake meetings, candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
  • Facilitating technical assessments and contributing to the continuous improvement of hiring frameworks.
  • Maintaining accurate data in our Systems and collaborating with internal stakeholders to refine our TA processes.



Core Skills


  • Proven experience in full-cycle IT/technical recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of roles in software development, data, infrastructure, and support.
  • Experience working in global recruitment environments.
  • Advanced English proficiency, able to interview and collaborate confidently in English.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related.



Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in startups or boutique recruitment/consultancy companies.
  • Familiarity with any ATS, CRM, or ERP tools.
  • Exposure to or ownership of talent acquisition strategy or recruitment marketing.
  • Prior experience in HR generalist or related roles.
