Data Analyst

Hybrid - Bogota, Colombia

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a driven Data Analyst to be part of a high-performance delivery team supporting one of our U.S. based clients in the food & beverage industry. The focus: automate legacy reports, build smart dashboards, and deliver insights that drive better decisions, fast. If you can leverage the use of AI, even better.

At Strategio, we believe the best data work happens when sharp humans and smart tools work in sync. You’ll sit inside a lean, high-performance delivery team focused on turning ERP data into reliable, actionable reporting. That means building and improving PowerBI dashboards, working directly with clean (and not-so-clean) data, and helping a client team move from reactive to proactive decision-making.

If you love dashboards, think in data models, and take pride in building tools that bring clarity, this is where you’ll thrive.

About you:

You are a detail-obsessed data analyst who blends curiosity, autonomy, and creativity to deliver business insights. You're at your best when turning chaos into clarity, building dashboards that are not only functional but visually engaging. You work well across time zones, love async collaboration, and are passionate about telling stories with data.

As a Strategio Data Analyst, you will:

  • Build and maintain PowerBI dashboards focused on orders, shipments, pricing, and inventory.
  • Work directly with Business Central datasets to accelerate reporting cadence.
  • Rebuild legacy reports broken post-ERP migration, enhancing structure and visuals.
  • Write clean Power Query and SQL logic to automate reporting pipelines.
  • Document dashboards and create handoff templates for repeat use.
  • Communicate directly with business analysts and stakeholders to align on priorities and insights.
  • Collaborate in a hybrid pod environment, mixing remote focus time with in-person problem solving.

Core Skills

  • 2+ years of experience building PowerBI dashboards with custom visuals and DAX.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Power Query.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, conditional formatting).
  • Experience with version control for reporting assets and issue tracking tools.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Microsoft Business Central or similar ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with business process mapping and dashboard prioritization workflows.
  • Any experience in F&B, CPG, or supply chain analytics.
