The Opportunity:
The role you are applying for is entry-level. To support your growth, you’ll be invited into our 8-week Enterprise Simulator training program, led by industry experts, where you’ll upskill on specific tools and technologies relevant to this Software Developer role. During training, you’ll be remunerated with a Strategio Scholarship to cover your expenses and remove any financial barriers to entry. Upon successful completion of training, you’ll secure your first technology consulting role as a Strategio Technologist.

As a Strategio Technologist:
Throughout our training, you'll gain knowledge in the following key areas:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement new features aligned with project goals.
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software, ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software performance while working in an Agile environment to deliver reliable solutions.
